Terms and refunds

These terms apply when you buy or download a digital product from Aisle Sheets, a brand of Social Mafia OÜ, registry code 17400703, Staapli tn 3, 10415 Tallinn, Estonia.

What you are buying

All products are digital files (spreadsheets (.xlsx) and PDF guides). Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe what each file contains and which apps it works with. Please check that before you buy.

Payment and delivery

Checkout is run by Polar Software, Inc., which sells the products to you as Merchant of Record on our behalf. Polar's buyer terms also apply to the payment. You can download your files as soon as your payment is confirmed, and Polar emails you a link to them. If a file does not arrive or does not open, email hello@mintagency.eu and we will sort it out.

Refunds

These are digital downloads. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.

Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use and edit the files for your own wedding, and to share your copy with the people helping you plan it.

You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files, or pass them off as your own work, in their original or edited form.

What the products are, and are not

The spreadsheets are planning tools. Totals, dates and times are worked out only from the figures you enter. Always check contracts, quotes and payment dates with your suppliers.

Ownership

The designs, text and layouts are owned by Social Mafia OÜ.

Liability

We take care to make the files accurate and useful, but we cannot promise they are free of every error or right for every situation. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
